We offer scheduled appointments with your care team to support your ongoing health needs.

Appointments can be booked by phone or online. Our front desk
team works hard to support patients and appreciates respectful
communication.

send setup instructions.

Renewals require an appointment. Please book 3 to 4 weeks in advance if you will need a refill.

X-ray services at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital are available
Monday to Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Weekend service may be available, with priority given to inpatients.

MyHealthPortal allows you to securely view lab results, imaging reports, upcoming appointments, and visit history online.

These policies help us provide safe, respectful, and consistent care for everyone.

Your privacy is important to us. All staff have signed confidentiality agreements and handle personal health information with care. Please note that email is not fully secure, so we encourage calling the health centre for sensitive information.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for patients and staff. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

Some services are not covered by MSP and may have associated fees, such as medical forms or letters. Fees will be discussed with you in advance. If cost is a concern, please speak with your provider.

We are currently accepting new primary care patients. If you are looking for a provider, please call 811 or register through the Kootenay Boundary Health Connect Registry at www.kbhcr.ca.
